A duck has a very distinctive and funny way of walking. It is no surprise that duck-inspired movements have found their way into dance as well. One notable example is the Duck Walk, famously performed on stage by Chuck Berry during the rock and roll era and later by Angus Young. In Lindy Hop, however, the Duck Walk looks quite different.

Egle Regelskis’s version
Egle demonstrates her own jazz dance step, which she has named the Duck Step (Duck Walk). However, it is quite different from the traditional Duck Walk and more closely resembles Chuck Berry’s performance.
